Biography

Said to be the son of Spillsbury Garrett. Henry named one of his children Spillsbury C. which lends credence to the information. Henry also moved to Bastrop County, Texas where other Buckingham County Garretts lived.

Henry married 09 Nov 1843 in McDonough County, Illinois to Rachel Agnes Foster (b. bef 1824).^[1]
