The marriage record contains the following:

The condition of the above obligation is such, That if there is no lawful cause to obstruct a marriage, intended to be solemnized shortly, between the above bound John Glover and Miss Melinda Genn daughter of the above bound James Genn then the above obligation to be void; else to remain in full force, Witness Ben Grayson (signed and sealed by John Glover and James Genn) [2]

John and Melinda also had a son named Andrew Jackson Glover, born Jan. 13, 1815 in Nelson County, Kentucky. Andrew's death certificate was photocopied and shared on Findagrave.com https://www.findagrave.com/cgi-bin/fg.cgi?page=gr&GRid=8726794 It lists his father as John Glover born in Kentucky, and Melinda Glover, born in Virginia.
According to her Findagrave memorial page, which can be viewed at https://www.findagrave.com/memorial/128995931/melinda-glover, Melinda Genn Glover died on March 2, 1872 in Buchanan, Berrien County, Michigan, and was buried in Oak Ridge Cemetery, Buchanan, Berrien County, Michigan, USA. Melinda's obituary has been posted online at the findagrave.com website by Joanne Todd, in the "flowers" section:
Another likely daughter of John and Melinda (Genn) Glover has been uncovered. Her name is Elizabeth, born about 1823 in Indiana. She was married to Thomas Jefferson Hunter. Thomas Jefferson Hunter's Findagrave memorial page can be found at https://www.findagrave.com/memorial/152441894/thomas-jefferson-hunter, although it doesn't identify Elizabeth's parents. Thomas married three times in his life -- twice to wives named Elizabeth. One of the Elizabeths was born in Ohio. The likely daughter of Melinda and John Glover was born in Indiana.
One circumstantial piece of evidence is posted on the family tree section for another of Melinda Glover's daughters, Celia Glover (Morley) in the notes section of FamilySearch.org: https://www.familysearch.org/tree/person/collaborate/L3FM-XFC It is a note by Dorothy M. Paul, Brittle Books Reformatting Unit, Preservation, University Libraries, Notre Dame, IN. In the note, she states that while she was going through hundreds of pages in Celia's husband, Thomas O. Morley's Civil War pension file, she came across a statement by Celia saying, "we were married at my brother-in-law, Jefferson Hunter's home."
A photocopy of a marriage record for Thomas J. Hunter and Elizabeth Glover can be viewed at https://familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:939J-4K98-R4?cc=1810350&wc=Q868-NHP%3A150747501%2C150754701. The handwriting is difficult to decipher in spots, but it appears to say "Thomas J. Hunter and Elizabeth Glover marriage certificate. This may certify that on the 18th day of November 1845 I joined in marriage Mr. Thomas J. Hunter of Buchanan(?) Berrien County Michigan age 31 (?) and Elizabeth Glover of the same place aged 21 (?) at the residence of the subscriber(?) in Howard Township Cass County Michigan in presence of Margaret Meeks & Eliza Meeks both of Howard ("aforesaid" maybe?)
