I have an anecdotal comment on her that her birth name was Ellen and Elinore or Eleanor was a pet name used by her husband. I say anecdotal because somebody scanned a page out of a book yet neglected to create a proper cite befor uploading it to ancestry.com This source also says they married in Ireland, arrived in Virginia 1768 and removed to the Holston and were members of Rev. Cummings congregation along with Logans, Dysarts and Allisons. It would behoove the readers to familiarize them selves with these contemporaries. When I find the source of this upload I will add it as a viable source.
