Nathaniel Gould was born on 3 February 1767 in Ipswich, Massachusetts. His parents were Mager Gould and Abigail (Goodhue) Gould[1].
He married Elizabeth Coffin on 28 November 1793 in Buxton, Maine[2].
Elizabeth passed away in 1794, and Nathaniel married Elizabeth McLellan on 6 May 1798 in Portland, Maine[3].

Nathaniel passed away on 12 November 1853 in Gorham[4] and is buried in South Street Cemetery.
