Biography

When Samuel 'Sam' Harrison Gower was born on May 22, 1885,^[1] in Graham, Texas,^[2] his father, William, was 44 and his mother, Nancy, was 30. He married Leon Riddles on May 9, 1910, in Garvin, Oklahoma.^[3] He died on September 24, 1975,^[4] in Maysville, Oklahoma, at the age of 90, and was buried there.^[5]
