Margaret was born about 1790, based on unsourced Ancestry trees.
She was married to farmer William Mathie.[1] Their son Malcolm was born in Bathgate, West Lothian about 1812.
Research Notes
At the 1851 census her son Malcolm had a niece Mary Mathie age 12 and nephew Charles Mathie age 7 living with his family and receiving Parish Relief, which may indicate that he had a brother who died between 1844 and 1851?
