William was born 9 August 1675 in Woburn, Middlesex, Massachusetts Bay Colony, the only son of William Green and Mary Felch. After his mother died in June 1676, his father married Hannah Kendall, by whom he had twelve more children.
William Jr. married Mary Warfield 19 May 1719 in Mendon, Suffolk, Massachusetts.
He enlisted and served in Capt Jeremiah Wesson's Company in Col. Richmond's Regiment. (See probate below) He died on the island of Cap-Breton on 29 May 1744.
Probate
The will of William Green of Upton, husbandman was dated 2 March 1744/45 and proved on 4 February 1745/46 in Worcester. He mentioned his children, William Green, and Martha Green.[1][2]
His inventory was taken on 20 February 1745/46 in Upton.[3]
