Biography

Charles Greene, Jr., was born, the son of Charles Greene, Sr., and Waite Bailey, on Oct. 10, 1778 in Berlin, Rensselaer County, New York. He died at the home of his son, Leander Greene, on May 9, 1878, in Adams Center, Jefferson County, New York, and was buried in Green Settlement Cemetery, Green Settlement, Jefferson County, New York.
