Suggestion: maybe we should add a baby, Sarah who was 1 day old when she died, according to family LORE... and then have the profile for the "Sarah Armstrong" who IS named in her father's will.
There is debate about the death of Sarah. In her father's will it lists her as Sarah Armstrong. ::yes, I agree. So what families did back then when a baby died, the parents would sometimes name another child by that same name to honor them. This sure looks like it could be a possible and the Professional Gene guy says it in his letter. John her father

Sarah Greer was born in 1721 in Baltimore County, Maryland. She was the daughter of John Greer and Sarah Day.
I have added a potential husband. Sara and Ann were twin daughters.
Sarah possibly died young, however in John's will probated in Onsolow Czounty, North Carolina, he names Sarah Armstrong as one of this three daughters.
She may have died as a young wife.
No marraige records could be located for any Armstrong who married Sarah Greer in Baltimore County. [5]
