Biography
Lois was born in 1804. She is the daughter of Samuel Griffin and Sophia Foster. [1]
Lois married Samuel Osgood, a son of Capt George W. Osgood of Nelson, New Hampshire. [2]
Lois died probably in 1839. An unsourced record says she died "in New Hampshire" on Oct 9, 1839. Her husband remarried.
Research Notes
Packersfield NH was eventually renamed Nelson, NH around 1807. There is a very interesting article about the long process to rename the town on this website [1]
