Biography
Abigail married Nehemiah in Rileyville in 1755.[1] Abigail and Nehemiah moved into Shenandoah County from Stafford County. [2]
Parents
Some unsourced online family trees show Abigail as the daugher of Charles Grigsby and Sarah Wilkerson, but she is not mentioned in the very comprehensive list of children in the will of Charles Grigsby. Given her location in Stafford County, Virginia and age, it is reasonable to assume that she is a grandchild or great-grandchild of John Grigsby, immigrant to colonial Virginia from Kent, England.
