Randall was born about 1482, to Randall Grosvenor, Esq., and Margaret Mainwaring his wife. [1]
He married about 1500 Anne Charlton, daughter of Richard Charlton and Elizabeth Mainwaring. [1]
They had five sons and three daughters. [1]
"Randall died shortly before 3 March 1559/60 (date of inventory)." [1]

They had five sons, Thomas, Geoffrey, Robert, Randall, and Henry, and three daughters, Katherine (wife of ____ Nash), Elizabeth, and Margery. He died shortly before 3 March 1559/60. He left a will dated 23 Feb. 1558/9, proved 3 May 1560.
