Thomas Clinton Hall was born on March 24, 1837. in Shoreditch, London, England. He was baptised at St. Matthew's Bethnal Green on September 23, 1838.[1] He was the son of John Hall and Sarah Cordell. Thomas married Eliza Rickards on September 29, 1861 at St. James the Less, Bethnal Green[2] and they had a daughter and two sons born between 1862 and 1866.
The 1871 census shows Thomas living with his wife and three children at Surrey Street, Plaistow, London, England[3]By 1881 he is living with his wife and daughter at 46, Nelson Street, Plaistow. (See Image)
Thomas died in the last quarter of 1893.[4]
