Hall I-1 and Hall-3949 appear to represent the same person because: Same info. Hall-3949 is the lowest number correct LNAB. Please merge TOWARD Hall-3949.
Unmerged match with (Hall I-1) just until the lowest numbered correct last name at birth is found for this person. The correct spelling definitely needs to be Hall (not Hall I). Whichever Hall is lowest .... all others need to go directly into that one.
