He married Rachel Van Wormer in Schenectady, NY 18 Apr 1793[8][9] but it is not clear they were actually living in Schenectady. According to Jonathan Pearson,
All these new and foreign settlers, until they had churches of their own, brought their children either to Albany or Schenectady to be christened. Hence there will be found in this work many names of families then residing as far west as Caughnawaga and Canajoharie, south to the Helderberg and Schoharie, and north to Galway and Kayaderosseras patent [10].

1810 Federal Census
What is clear is that by 1810, they were living in Amsterdam, Montgomery, NY .

The Town of Amsterdam
"An early town, whose history is tied in with present-day lower Fulton County, the Town of Amsterdam is to be distinguished from the City of Amsterdam, which wasn't incorporated until 1830. The directory of Amsterdam is divided into 3 files, reflecting the size and importance of the city 130 years ago. Browsing through the listings, and the long profile at the bottom of this page, you'll see that Amsterdam was a major commercial and industrial center, the county's "Big City", a magnet for immigrant labor as well as workers from surrounding town. It's streams provided water power for mills of all kinds; it's shops provided luxuries for the residents of small Mohawk Valley towns. Amsterdam is still beautiful, and it's well worth turning off the Thruway to admire its many remaining 19th century homes, and public, commercial and factory buildings." (quote from the Montgomery County, New York Genweb.)

DNA Connections
It may be possible to confirm family relationships with Jasper by comparing test results with other carriers of his Y-chromosome or his mother's mitochondrial DNA.
Y-chromosome DNA test-takers in his direct paternal line on WikiTree:
I am currently looking for evidence of a male adoption somewhere in his line. Our Y-DNA does not match the other Hollenbecks and the most likely break is somewhere around this time. It could have been that his father Cornelis Halenbeck was adopted. I cannot say for sure without more evidence. It would be nice to get more Y-DNA samples from male descendants of this line.
Hollenbeck-1384 and Hallenbeck-25 do not represent the same person because: This is not the same person. The Casper/Jasper Hallenbeck who married Maria Bradt has different birth and death dates (b. 1793-10-24 d. 1875-03-07 ).
