Elizabeth Hanson was born, probably at Gouldsborough, 2 Feb 1777, and bp Saint Andrews, NB, 20 Jul 1786, the daughter of John Hanson and Elizabeth Clark, d 24 Feb 1855, at Oxford County, Ontario; m (1) c1794, Mark Turner, b 30 Mar 1775, probably at Castine, the son of James Cowell Turner and (possibly) Rachael Sylvester, d at Saint Patrick, NB, between 17 Mar 1818, when he wrote his will, and before 27 Jun 1818, when his will was probated; m (2) 19 Mar 1819, at Charlotte Co., NB, as his second wife, John Haycock, b at Eastport, 31 Mar 1777, the son of Ralph Haycock and Martha Brunel, d 20 Nov 1840 in New Brunswick [but some say Ontario]. He had m (1) Frances "Fanny" Scott, b at Machias c1780, the daughter of John Scott and Frances Thompson, d 1818, probably at Saint George, NB.
