Elizabeth Harleston was the daughter of John Harleston, Gent., of Malling, Essex, and Elizabeth __________.[1][2] Her date and place of birth are unknown and are estimated.
Elizabeth immigrated to South Carolina before 1 June 1699.[1]
She married Elias Ball,[3] Gent., of St. James Parish, Berkeley County and Charleston, South Carolina, in or about 1699.[1][2] They settled at Comingtee Plantation.[4] They had two sons and two daughters:
Ann, married Capt. Philip Dawes and George Austin[1]
Elizabeth, married John Ashby, John Vickarage and Richard Shubrick[1]
Elizabeth died 31 August 1720 at St. James Parish, Berkeley County South Carolina. Her husband married second to Mary Delamare and had a daughter, Eleanor. Elias left a will dated 31 August 1750 that was proved 4 October 1751.[1]
