Donnie, I don't understand why you won't approve a merge of Harris-15559 and Harris-1093. Or even to leave them in Unmerged Match state. In your own words, you said "These need more research actually".
Harris-36073 and Harris-1093 look like the same person based on name, and dates. But they have different parents. This usually indicates that either (1) they are the same person but one set of parents is wrong, or (2) they are different people and the birth and/or death information for one of them is wrong. Could the profile managers work together to straighten this out?
