Biography

Parents

Clorene Harrison was raised by Ben Harrison and Belle (Poteet) Harrison, her presumed parents. However, she was born a year before her brother, Leslie Harrison, the son of Ben Harrison and his first wife Martha (Duvall) Harrison. However family tradition maintains that she was the biological daughter of Belle (Poteet) Harrison, implying that her biological father may not have been Ben Harrison. Hopefully, DNA research may resolve any conflicts in the family history.
