Biography
In 1930 he was a student at the U. S. Military Academy.
He graduated in 1931 and married Bernice Patricia Donahue, soon thereafter. There are two marriage certificates from different, but nearby, locations.
He was enumerated twice in the 1940 census, once at Ft. Lewis WA and again at Ft. Sill OK. He was a 1st Lt. in the Army.
No record of his military service during WWII and the 1950's has been found
He appears to have served in connection with Defense Atomic Support Agency (1960).
He was awarded the Legion of Merit in 1961, probably on the occasion of his retirement from the Army.
He died 12/14/1996 and is buried at the U. S. Military Academy Post Cemetery West Point Orange County New York, USA
