Acquilla and Drusilla Hart were twins. She was in her early fifties when she married, and she was widowed less than seven years later. Particulars in regard to her husband William S Maness are difficult to discern; records for him and a similarly named individual who married Drusilla are easily confused for one another.
The direct cause of her death was acute congestive heart failure due to uremia, which in turn resulted from acute pyelonephritis (Escherichia Coli). She also had an issue with chronic brain syndrome due to cerebral arteriosclerosis. The date and place of her burial are not known.
