Research Notes

An unsourced, but proven to be reliable, family tree on FamilySearch states that Anna Katherina Hartman was born in 1698 and died in 1770. In 1716, she married Johann Nicholas Angeny Einod, Homburg, Pfalz, Bayern, Deutschland.

They had the following children:

  • Johann Peter Agne (b. 1717 - d. unk)
  • Friedrich Ankeny (b. 1718 - d. 1721)
  • Maria Margaretha Ankeny (b. 1727 - d. unk)
  • Catherina Magdalena Ankeny (b. 1730 - d. unk)
  • Joh Nickel Agne (b. 1733 - d. unk)
  • Jacob Hartman Angeny (b. 1740 - d. 1807)

A grave on FindAGrave shows a Catherina Angenein who died in 1770 and buried in Deep Run Mennonite Cemetery (where she is elsewhere reported to be buried). [2]
