Biography

Charles was born in 1892. He is the son of Sanford Hayes[1] and Martha Gillam. Charles passed away in 1968. [2] He was a farmer in Morgan and Cullman counties in Alabama for most of his life. He also was a deputy sheriff in Cullman county.
