Biography

He was born on 15 Oct 1772 in Winchester, Frederick County, Virginia, USA and his parents were Susannah (Dunn) and William Henry Hays, Sr. (1749-1819).

James N. Hays married Elizabeth Dragoo.

He died on 08 Jun 1860 in Jacksonburg, Wetzel County, Virginia, USA (now West Virginia) and was buried there at Lieuts-Bates Cemetery on route #20. [1]
