nna County and State of Ohio -- in the name of God I Jacob Hackthorn Considering the

Uncertainty of this Mortal life And being of sound mind and memory (blessed be Almighty God

for the same) Do make and publish this my Last Will And testament in manor and form

following (that is to say) first, I give and bequeath to Margary Starret the one half of All my

Real and personal property. Item I give and bequeath to Sharlotta Davis the outher half

of all my real and personal property. Item I give and bequeath to my Eldest son Jacob

Hackthorns heires one Dollar. Item I give and bequeath to Barbary Potts one Dollar. Item I give
