Sally Grizzard was enumerated as wife of the head of household in Black Rock, Fayetteville, Fayette County, Georgia for the June 2, United States Census, 1900. She was noted as born December 1857 in Georgia and had been married for twenty-one years. She was the mother of three children of which two were still living. Also included in the household are head Newton J Grizzard, daughter Lora G Grizzard and daughter Pearl A Grizzard as seen in an image of the original census.[4]
Sallie P. Grizzard is buried at Oakland Cemetery in Oakland, Orange County, Florida.[5]
