Biography

Polly was an unmarried woman at the time of the division of the land of John Hendrix in 1848, Nicholas Co., KY she received 16 acres as one of his heirs. [1]

Oden, and John Clay being first sworn do divide the land lying in this county owned by said John Hendrix at the time of his death amongst his heirs and lay off and assign dower in said land to the widow of said decedant and report to the court.
