Biography

Mary Babcock Hewitt, daughter of Joseph Hewitt and Sarah Babcock, was born about 1759. She died 18 November 1840, and was buried at Center Berlin Cemetery, Berlin, Rensselaer Co., New York.

Mary married, as his 2nd wife, Caleb Bentley, son of George Bentley and Ruth Barber, at Little Hoosick, Rensselaer Co., New York, 27 November 1782.
