Wallace Luther Hill was born June 1, 1873 Moosebrook, Hants County, Nova Scotia to Matthew Hill and Margaret Godfrey. They were a farming family and Wallace also took the same occupation.[1]
On December 6, 1911 at the age of 38, Wallace married Ada Reid also from Moosebrook. Witnesses to the nuptials included Mr. & Mrs. Wilbert Reid with the Reverend A.H. Foster officiating.[2]
Wallace died August 8, 1963 while at his son Albert's home in Fairview, Halifax County, Nova Scotia at the age of 90 years 2 months 7 daysand is buried in Lower Selma, Hants County, Nova Scotia.[3][4]
