Mary Ann wed Benjamin Crittenden, the son of Isaac and Lucy (Benton) Crittenden on 17 January 1777 at Ashfield, Franklin Massachusetts. They had nine children:

Death and Burial
Mary Ann (Hill/s) Crittenden died in 1858 in her 98th year at Georgina.[2]Her burial location is not known; however, she had a Find-A-Grave Memorial.[3]
