Hannah (Hill) Bates lived in Appalachia, in Tennessee.
Hannah Hill was born 13 February 1796 in Greene County, Georgia. She was a daughter of Thomas Smithers Hill and [[Shropshire-39|Catherine Shropshire. She married Ezekiel Bates about 1814. She passed away 19 January 1837 in Bradley County, Tennessee. She was interred unknown.
