Hi Sharon,

You can change your Dad's death date. Go to Edit on his profile page; scroll down to his death information and change the date. Then scroll down until you see the box where you add what you did or choose one of the options. Then click Save. Also, his profile is orphaned - there is no one as a profile manager. You can adopt his profile and you won't need to create a new profile for him.
