Biography

Alice was born in 1859. She is the daughter of Charles Hodge and Martha Janeway. ^[1]

She was born and raised in Trenton, New Jersey.^[2][3]

After her father's death in 1876, her mother moved the family to Philadelphia, PA.^[4]

In 1889 she married Price W Janeway.^[5] They lived in Media, PA and had three children.^[6][7][8][9]

2. Helen Hamilton Janeway, born in 1893
3. Rachel Wetherill Janeway, born in 1898

According to her Pennsylvania Death Certificate found on Ancestry.com she died in 1950 and is buried in St. Paul's Memorial Church in Oaks, Montgomery, PA.
