DIVORCE COURT. DECREES NISI. Decrees granted before Mr. Justice Herdman in the Supreme Court in Hamilton today- Decree absolute was granted on the petition of Sophy Yates v. Alfred Albert Yates.

- NEW ZEALAND HERALD, VOLUME LXX, ISSUE 21573, 18 AUGUST 1933 -
MARRIAGES FAIL. Arthur Moon Pallister, who was granted a decree nisi against Sophy Pallister on the grounds of misconduct, said he was married in Rotorua in 1925, and there was one child. In September, 1932, petitioner discovered his wife hd been guilty of misconduct with Hugh Macpherson, who was sited as co-respondent. The co-respondent was ordered to pay costs.
