Biography
Aimnijah was born about 1765. She is the daughter of Isham Hodges and Nancy Hill and named in Isham's will dated March 29, 1782.
Death
Unsourced as either 1863 or 1857 in Franklin, Virginia, United States. Age: 99-100.
Research Notes
Unsure what Henry, Virginia is referring to, but Henry County did not exist until 1776.
Some Ancestry.com trees have Aimnijah Hodges as female; some as male.
Regarding the unique spelling of the name: It appears to be spelled that way in the transcription of his/her father's will.[1]
