April 19, 1824; The last will and testament of Henry Hohimer (dated 29 Nov 1823), dec'd, presented in court and proven by the oath of Peter Sidebottom and Arch'd Vance. In the first place I bequeath to my beloved children of my former wife:

William.
And second unto my present and well beloved wife, Elizabeth...equally divided between all my children by her:
