Boston: S.K. Whipple and Company; 1858. p.334 Does not give birth information for this Persis. Also states she married John Farrow in 1696. William did not have a daughter named Persis. It was Samuel his son who had a daughter named Persis who married John Farrow in 1696. Also, if the Persis born about 1672 and supposed to have married John Farrow, how is it that Samuel Holbrooke's will mentions his daughter Persis Farrow and her son John in his will?
