Biography
Isaac was born in 1823. He was the son of James Holcomb and Electa Eno.
He married Ann Hogue (1822–1889). They had the following children:
Harriett Selina Holcomb 1846–1929
Mary C. Holcomb 1848–1849
Sarah Jane Holcomb 1849–1929
William Albert Holcomb 1851–1876
Charity Ann Holcomb 1854–1923
He passed away in 1889. Buried: Otsego Memorial Cemetery, Otsego, Muskingum County, Ohio.
