Will, dated July 15, 1792, executed January 7 1800.

He purchased land in Frederick County, VA, November 19, 1767. Owner of 2,666 2/3 acres of land on Highland Creek. Owner of 533 1/3 acres of land on Otter Creek, Military land.

When his whole family moved from VA to SC in 1762, he was forbidden to go with them as they were all Quakers and opposed to all forms of violence. Since he was employed as a scout against the Indians, he was disowned from the Quaker Meetings
