Biography
Sarah A. (called “Sally”) Holmes (1829-1914) who md. George B. Gartman of McComb, Miss., son of Bartholomew Gartman & Nellie (O'Qinn) Gartman; Enlisted: Co. C, 14th Miss. Cav., CSA; discharged at the close of the war in Gainesville, Ala. (ca. 1818-1870)
