Research Notes
Janet Home married, sometime after 24 August 1531, Sir John Hamilton of Samuelston and Clydesdale, the natural son of James Hamilton, 1st earl of Arran.[1][2][3] She needs to be detached as the wife of John Hamilton, who was actually the natural brother of her husband's natural father.
