Biography
"Thomas Worthington Howard, son of Brice and Anne (Ridgely) Howard, was born in Elk Ridge Hundred of Anne Arundel. On March 26, 1807, he married Elizabeth, the daughter of Jeremiah and Elizabeth (Griffith) Crabb. The license was obtained in Montgomery County.
Issue of Thomas and Elizabeth (Crabb) Howard 1. Emily Howard, born Feb. 2, 1812, married John Glisan England. License Montg. Co. May 4, 1850.
He died intestate in Montgomery County. An inventory of his personal estate was made on August 11, 1818, at which time Elizabeth R. Howard filed as the administratrix. The Star of Federalism of August 7, 1818, announced his death on July 29, 1818, in the Courthouse of Montgomery County."
