Martha was born in 1729. She was the daughter of Robert Hudson and Martha Hancock. She is named as Martha Cook in her father's will.
1757/1/25, Hudson, Robert, will, 8 children: 2 eldest sons, 6 dts: Robert Hudson, Joel Hudson, Martha Cook, Mary Jones, Frances Newby, Margaret Gregory, Dinah Ammonet, & Tabitha Hudson, 1 sh each, already given as much as he can.
