Biography
Jacob was born in 1842. He is the son of John Huffman and Esther Hoover.
I have not been able to find Jacob after the 1871 census for King Township - did he die? or move away, to western Canada? or maybe the USA? Other researchers have said that he married Mary Jane Fox and settled in Essex County, Ontario however I believe that is an all-together different Jacob Huffman. The Huffman/Fox marriage is said to have occurred in 1866 and as you can see this Jacob was recorded as still living in King Twp. on the 1871 census.
