Confusing Birth Date

According to Our Hunsaker Forefathers--Abraham to Hartmann page 5, Anna was under 16 in 1731, So when was she born? Who knows? She would have been born (1731-16=1715) in or after 1715. Where was the family living in 1716? Still in Europe. So she could not have been born in Pennsylvania. The birth date and place will need some adjusting after the merge.
