Betsey a nickname??? :
Vit recs Weymouth, v. 1, p. 146: "Betty" b. to Ebenezer and Rachel, 17 Mar 1769.
Vit recs Weymouth, v. 2, p. 99: "Betsey" marries Frederick Cushing, 14 Feb 1790 in Weymouth.
There is a Betsey b. 1767 (v. 1, p. 145). Whether "Betsey" who married F. Cushing was "Betty" the daughter of Ebenezer and Rachel, can't be determined from this source.
