Roger Forster's wife was a woman from the Hussey family of Sussex. Her given name is unknown but some family researchers believe it's, "Joan."
She was most probably born before c. 1495, given that her eldest son John of Bramfield was born by 1511.[1]

I've been working on hubbie Roger's bio again (added mega stuff:) ... So I'm also taking a harder look at Joan because she's a mystery and there is a conflict of belief between sources. More later:)...
A mother's death date (Hussey-186 died 1539) should not be before one of her children's birth dates (Forster-140 born Jul 1553) .
