Elizabeth May "Lizzie" Ingraham was born on January 16, 1857 in Rockland, Maine.[1] she was the daughter of Richard Ingraham and Lydia Dyer. At the age of 3, she was in her parent's home in South Thomaston, Knox, Maine, along with her brother, Gilbert-5.[2] By age 13, her family had moved from Maine to California, where in 1870 they were in San Francisco, San Francisco, California.[3]
She married Oscar A Thompson ca 1875[4] in California. They had 4 children.

She and Oscar lived in Chicago, Cook, Illinois in 1900, with their children, Louise-23, Susie-22, Ethel-19, and Charles-9. Oscar was a Rubber Stamp Manufacturer. Louise was a Stenogapher, their Son-in-Law Alexander Squier was a Salesman, Susie was a RR Clerk and charles was in school. [4]
She died at age 87, on September 11, 1944, in Springfield, Clark, Ohil.[5] She died form a Fracture of the hip. from a fall in her home.
