Isaac was born in Newton, Massachusetts on May 29, 1732. He was the son of Isaac Jackson and Ruth Greenwood. [1]

Isaac Jackson and Jemimah Jones were married in Newton, Massachusetts on May 11, 1758. [2] They had four children and Jemimah died on Apr 23, 1767.

Isaac Jackson married second Sarah Cheney on Jan 13, 1769 in Newton, Massachusetts. [3]

He married third Mary Hammond on Oct 19 1777. [4]

He died in Newton, Massachusetts on May 9, 1795. [5]
