Phebe was a Friend (Quaker)
- Phebe Jackson was born on 3 May 1712 in Flushing, Queens County, New York, a daughter of James Jackson and his wife Rebecca Hallett.
- On 3 October 1734 in Flushing Meeting, Long Island, Queens County, New York, she married Edward FITZ RANDOLPH (1706-1750) and they had seven known children (two sons, five daughters):
- Phebe Jackson Randolph died on 11 Sep 1777 at age 65 in Plainfield, Essex County, New Jersey.
